computerized fiber laser engrave machine. The engraving process is permanent
and does not involve ink of any kind. So, your image or text will not wear off
and your product will not fade.

*You can choose one of the designs for the back lid on our styles list and
send us the changes you want to make.
OR
*You can create your own design by sending us your customization detail (logo,
symbol, message, date, etc.) We don't limit the length of text you can have,
but keep in mind that this is a 40 mm wide pocket watch. The more lengthy the
text is, the more small and illegable it will be!


-HOW TO ORDER-
*Choose customization style or create your own as described above.
*Leave your details for engraving in the "additional notes to seller" or
comments box when placing the order.
*Indicate the desing style you choose from our list or your own design by
giving details of any font style, font size, capitalization, punctuation, etc.
Please be as detailed as possible.
*Please check your spelling and punctuation carefully, as we engrave exactly
what you send us.
*Unclear engraving instructions cause delay in shipping.

-SHIPPING-
Orders take between 1-3 business days to complete and ship. We use USPS first
class shipping to US, Canada Post Expedited mail to Canada and PostNL
Inernational Tracked shipment to the UK and EU countries for the orders. Please
keep in yor mind that the delivery to some European Countries could take up to
25 days.
Once the item has been shipped, you should receive a notice from Etsy. You
will be provided with a tracking number so that you can monitor the shipping
status of your purchase.


-RETURN-

Products found to be incorrect or defective due to seller error will be
replaced or rectified at no additional cost. All claims must be made within 30
days of receipt of merchandise.
