TIMING: up to 2 weeks is standard (holiday 2021 season 2-3 weeks)
100% handmade, allow up to 2-3 weeks for your personalized dish to be created.
Shipping window for your order will be displayed on your Etsy purchase invoice
and in your Etsy online account.

Up to 2-3 weeks may be required to make your pottery even if you upgrade the
shipping to USPS Priority 2-3 day mail service. This is commonly confused with
the Amazon Prime service option and not possible with handmade products.

The 'delivery window' dates specified by Etsy is not a guarantee, your
delivery date is determined by USPS. Please be aware that once I mail an order,
it is out of my control as far as when your item will arrive. These are
unprecedented times and the USPS is STILL overwhelmed in many areas of the US
due to staff shortages from Covid. Shipping delivery times may vary greatly
from the ones Etsy has stated. Thank you in advance for your patience and

PERSONALIZATION:
All personalization is created by pressing 3D letters, numbers into the wet
clay. Computers are not used. Positioning for lettering may vary. The letter J
has a longer descender. Returns not available for the longer J style or smaller
curve on the J.

• 100% handmade, Proofs are not available. Your dish is 100% handmade and will
not look like it is made in a factory. Sizes are approximate as each dish is
100% handmade. Handmade ceramic artistry takes time. Each dish is hand-formed
from clay. All personalization is created by pressing 3D letters/numbers into
the wet clay. The dish is then air-dried. Your dish requires 2 kiln firings at
approx 2,000 degrees. Then the metallic color is applied by hand, if ordered.
Each ring dish is crafted entirely by hand. Minor variations occur are part of
the charm of hand-crafting. Each letter is individually positioned in the clay
by hand, so variations must be expected.

SHIPPING
GPS Tracking included for every order. Tracking will confirm delivery status.
Per Etsy policy, we do not replace products or offer refunds on orders that
have a verified and confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please be sure your shipping address is correct at the time that you place and
pay for your order. Any changes to the shipping address after your order is
placed may cause a delay in your order. Your order will ship to the address
that is specified on your purchase invoice. Prima Pottery can not know if there
are any errors with the submitted shipping address. These errors may cause the
package to be undeliverable / returned to sender. New postage plus a 10% of the
order fee will be required to reship the dish.

All orders include a GPS shipping tracking number so you can follow online the
delivery transit of your package. Make arrangements to be at the location where
your package is shipping to so you can receive your delivery. Prima Pottery
will not be held responsible for porch pirate theft or what happens to your
package after the verified delivery confirmation as shown by the GPS tracking.
Prima Pottery is not affiliated with the United States Postal Service or UPS,
FedEx and therefore, will not be held responsible for deliveries or delivery
timelines by these companies. As of 2020, shipping services do not guarantee
specific delivery dates. Please allow time for your package to deliver.

you understand it is 100% handmade and accept the variations. Each dish is
individually made to order. Each dish is unique, crafted entirely by hand and
variations will occur. Each letter and number is individually positioned in the
clay by hand. Returns not accepted for non-perfectly positioned letters and
numbers. Computers are not used making your dish. Each dish is created entirely
by hand. Variations that occur in the lettering and hand-trimming are part of
the charm of hand-crafting. Each 3d letter and number is individually
positioned in the clay by hand, so minor variations must be expected. Although
perfection is the goal, this will be a handmade dish and look handmade. Your
dish will not look like it was mass produced in a factory, but be beautifully
unique. *Glaze - top side of dish only. All dishes are created with earthenware
clay. Some dishes will have small flecks of color (black or red) in the clay.
This is a natural occurrence and to be expected. These flecks are the size of
pepper or smaller. Returns and refunds will not be accepted due to these
issues. This dish is not intended for use with food. Please contact us prior to
purchase if you have any questions. Due to variances in color on computer,
phone and tablet monitors, the color you are viewing may vary. All colors are
represented as accurately as possible. Returns and refunds are not accepted
because you do not like the color of your dish. There is an area on the bottom
of the dish that is not glazed. This prevents the dish from sticking to the
kiln shelf during the glaze firing and ruining both the dish and our kiln. A
Prima Pottery logo will be stamped on the back side your final dish. If you do
not want this, please contact us before your order ships. Returns and refunds
are not accepted due to our logo appearing on the back of the dish. By
