Please take a moment to accurately measure your wrist before ordering.


Use a thin piece of string or a piece of dental floss to wrap around your
wrist. Cut the string where the ends butt up. Make sure there's no gap, slack
or overlap. Then place the string on a reliable ruler for your precise
measurement. A soft cloth measuring tape is not recommended.

If you guess your measurement, you will not be happy with the fit. 1/8th of an
inch off in the measurement can result in a poor fit.

When you choose your wrist size, know that these bands are meant to be worn
close to the wrist. I size them to be close but not too snug and not too loose
either. There will be a little movement but not much. It should not fit like a
tight rubber band. If you choose a size that is too loose, the leaf flops
around. They are on a stretch cord so if you measure your wrist accurately, it
will give you the most comfortable fit.
